What we build for you

Three focus areas, one goal: less manual work, better data, faster decisions.

Our services

Workflow optimization

Repetitive tasks cost time every single day. We automate them reliably — in a way your team can follow and trust.

  • Process automation: from inbound e-mail to invoice approval
  • Migrating Excel and legacy data into structured systems
  • Automated reports and notifications
  • Digital approval and review workflows

Tailored software

When off-the-shelf software does not fit, we build the application that does — web-based, maintainable and extensible.

  • Internal tools and line-of-business applications
  • Customer and service portals with login
  • Real-time dashboards and reporting
  • Replacing error-prone Excel silo solutions

Your systems should talk to each other. We build the interfaces — and keep your data clean while doing it.

  • Secure REST APIs, documented and versioned
  • System integrations: ERP, CRM, shop, accounting
  • Data migrations without business interruption
  • Interfaces to partners and public authorities

Beyond that

Operations & support

Software is not a project with an end date — it is a tool that wants to be looked after.

Hosting & operations

We run your solution on European infrastructure and take care of updates, backups and monitoring — with clear response times.

Consulting & reviews

Need a second opinion on architecture, security or data protection? We review what exists and give actionable recommendations.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions we get asked most often before a first project.

What does a project cost?

It depends on the scope, which is why we don't quote a number before we understand your situation. How we work: after the free initial assessment you receive a written fixed-price offer for a clearly defined first step. Larger projects are cut into stages that you commission and sign off one at a time — so the budget stays predictable and you never pay against an open-ended timesheet.

How long does implementation take?

A self-contained automation is typically in production within a few weeks; a full line-of-business application takes several months. We deliver in stages on principle: you get a usable first version long before the complete system is finished, and you can decide again after every stage.

Can you connect to the systems we already use?

Usually, yes. We integrate ERP, CRM, shop and accounting systems through their existing interfaces — and where none exist, through file-, database- or e-mail-based routes. Replacing your systems is explicitly not a prerequisite: connecting what you already run is more often the smarter move than replacing it.

How do you handle data protection and confidentiality?

We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before the first substantive conversation. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we conclude a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. We host on European infrastructure, work to the principle of data minimisation, and pass no data to third parties.

What happens after go-live — who maintains the solution?

We do, if you want us to: operation, updates, backups and monitoring with agreed response times. You can equally run it yourself — you receive the source code and the documentation. Lock-in is not part of our business model.

What happens in the free initial assessment?

About an hour of conversation in which you walk us through your process and we ask questions. Afterwards you get an honest assessment: what can realistically be automated, roughly what that would involve — and equally, when the effort would not pay off for you. You leave with no obligation and no cost.

Not sure what fits your case?

Describe your situation briefly — the initial assessment is free.
